Business Employment Services (BES)

 

Think of ICNC's Business Employment Services (BES) as an extension of your human resources department, and thanks to City of Chicago funding, it is at no cost to you.

 

What BES does for you:

  • Assists employers in preparing formal job descriptions

  • Provides no-cost placement services

  • Screen resumes

  • Prescreens job candidates

  • Offers over 165 computerized skills tests for administration to existing employees and/or job candidates

  • Develops familiarity with the specific position and workplace environment

  • Matches employer needs and environment with the candidates' skills

  • Serves as a clearinghouse for all your employment related concerns and needs - including consultation on Human Resource issues and employment regulations

  • Places on-line and print advertisements at a reduced cost to you

  • Provides management support for BES hires
