Kinzie Growth Committee

Chair - Jim Ranoha, Ri-Del Manufacturing   

Works closely with the City of Chicago

to enhance investment in infrastructure

and capital throughout the Kinzie Corridor

and to ensure business friendly zoning.

 

CAPS/Public Safety Committee

Chair - Heather Egan, Rickard Circular

Folding, Inc. Gathers information on crime

in the Kinzie Corridor area and works

with the 13th District Area Police

and others to enhance safety in the corridor.

 

Sustainability Committee

Chair - Burt Klein, PortionPac Chemical Corp.

Promotes sustainable and energy efficient

practices by companies, with a focus on

bottom line cost-savings.

 

Membership Committee

Chair - Edward Lewis, Cotton Goods

Works to enhance services to members and

to increase membership and participation.

Seeks to strengthen membership base.

 

Internal Committees:

 

Finance Committee

Chair - Regina Marquez, Ravenswood Bank

Oversees the financial management of ICNC

and KIDC, its programs and services and the Fulton-Carroll Center

(FCC) incubator, including reviewing quarterly reports and

the annual audit.

 

Fulton Carroll Center (FCC) Committee

Chair - Harvey Camins, Camins Tomasz Kritt

Oversees the management FCC including building operations, business

development and implementation of FCC's strategic plan.

 

Human Resources Committee

Chair - Barbara Rose, S.N. Peck Builder Inc.

Oversees staffing, succession planning and human resource management..

 

Nominating Committee

Chair - Dennis Hack

Recommends candidates to fill openings on the ICNC/KIDC Board of Directors.
