ICNC has great news for saving energy costs for your company.

Call ICNC's Energy Conservation Specialist, Steve DeBretto at (312)421-3941 for free energy audits and information on financing energy saving initiatives.

ICNC recently was awarded a grant to provide no cost energy audits to companies within the Kinzie Industrial Corridor.   The goal of the energy audits is to provide cost savings to our member companies by maximizing efficiency of energy expenditures.  ICNC is currently reducing its energy costs and consumption in its own Fulton Carroll Center.  ICNC is also considering a solar energy system! The Illinois Department of Commerce and Community Affairs is providing rebates and grants to assist organizations with the installation of a photovoltaic system.

KIDC/ICNC  has assisted 22 companies in securing pro-bono energy audits, utilizing its vast network of energy and non-energy related partners. Of the 22 companies audited, 1l companies have implemented one or more recommended energy conservation measures and 4 companies are in the implementation process.  Typical projects included improving lighting, HVAC systems, boilers, air compressors, motors and industrial processes.
