Vita Foods names Clifford K. Bolen as new CEO

(AP) Vita Food Products, Inc., a producer of refrigerated and frozen kosher salmon products and pickled herring, on Tuesday named Clifford K. Bolen as president and chief executive.

Bolen, 48, has been chief financial officer since 2000 and was chief operating officer until 2005.  He will continue to serve as chief financial officer until a replacement is named.

Stephen D Rubin, a company founder and president since 1982, will remain chairman.  Terry W. Hess, former chief executive, will continue as vice chairman.
