State Enterprise Zone 4

 

The Enterprise Zone Program is designed to encourage economic growth and neighborhood revitalization at the local level through various tax incentives, regulatory relief and improved government services.  Companies within state Enterprise Zone 4 receive such benefits as:

• Sales tax exemption on building materials purchased from a Chicago retailer

• Low interest loans for capital expenditures

• Real estate tax exemption

• Investment tax credits
