Taylor's Tacos is a full service catering company located in the Hatchery at 135 N Kedzie that specializes in authentic street style tacos with a whole lot of soul! We offer live-service, self-service, small gatherings, individual lunches, vending, pop-ups, and weddings/special events.

Workable Hours:
Mondays: 12pm - 4pm OR 4pm - 8pm (prep)
Tuesdays: 8am - 12pm and 12pm - 7pm
Thursdays: 12pm - 9pm (prep + pop-up/vend)
Fridays: 2pm - 9pm (prep + pop-up/vend)
Saturdays: 8am - 12pm* and/or 2pm - 9pm
Sundays: 8am - 12pm* and/or 2pm - 9pm

$10 + tips (at remote location working in Onsite Catering Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities:
- Washing, peeling, cutting, cooking, and preparing food for catering, vending, and special events
- Sort and store ingredients
- Clean food preparation equipment, food areas, and kitchen in general
- Ensure food areas are clean, sanitized, and hygienic
- Pack delivery, curbside, taco kit, kickback, and large scale catering meals
- Assist with delivering food to offsite locations
- Manage operation and staff as needed
Skills And Abilities:
- Prior lead kitchen production experience required
- Familiarity with street tacos, Mexican, soul, and worldly street food cuisine
- Must have kitchen experience and knife skills (Dice, slice, brunoise)
- Possess kitchen etiquette and communication skills
- Must have ServSafe food handlers certificate
- Valid Drivers license is required
- Ability to manage one or two other kitchen assistants/servers
- Prep for efficiency in service or catering
- Pleasant, passionate, and love for great food!

Growing and expanding (multiple locations) catering company is in a need of a flexible, organized, communicative Assistant Catering Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to assist owners in whatever capacity required
- Answer phones and communicate with clients, email proposals, update calendars, scheduling and coordinating catering and events
- Assist in delivering food to offsite locations (periodically)
Skills and Abilities:
- Front of House (FOH) experience a plus
- Personable, approachable, and passionate about speaking and meeting with guests
- Efficient in Gmail suite
- Proficiency in Office ( Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience or ability to learn Toast or Square POS systems
- Kitchen or catering experience is a plus!
