Victory Dance Foods Position Overview: Gluten free whole plant juiced granola company located at Fulton and Damen Chicago, IL 60612 is looking for a Bilingual Production Assistant. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our food manufacturing team. This role involves hands-on participation in the production of our premium granola under our brand Garden Granola. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, works well in a team, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
● Assist in the production of granola, following company recipes and procedures.
● Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in a clean and efficient manner.
● Stand for extended periods while working in a production environment.
● Lift and move materials, including bags or boxes weighing up to 50 lbs, as needed.
● Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to FDA safety and food quality standards.
● Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
● Be willing to undergo necessary training, including obtaining a food service certificate,
Qualifications:
● Must speak and understand English and Spanish
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.
● Capable of standing and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
● Motivated to learn and grow within the food manufacturing industry.
● Have an existing ANSI Accredited Food Handler Certificate OR be willing to successfully complete and obtain a certificate during the first 30 days of trial
● Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others in a team-oriented environment.

Rate of Pay: $16.20
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 -5:00
