About the SBDC
ICNC assists entrepreneurs to develop and grow their businesses and to improve their bottom line. The SBDC at ICNC engages with both start-up and existing businesses by providing valuable assistance tailored to each company’s unique needs. Drawing on in-house expertise, government and academic resources, and the support of many business service providers in the private sector, the SBDC is the preferred source for small business support in the State.
No-Cost Business Advising
Contact the IL SBDC @ ICNC to set up a no-cost in-person meeting or a phone consultation to discuss your specific business needs. For example, the SBDC can assist with creating a business plan, finances, reviewing a marketing plan, and more. If you are in need of specific business services in the areas of Business Insurance, Accounting, or Banking, contact the SBDC for a list of preferred partners.

The Illinois Small Business Development Center and Illinois Small Business Development Center International Trade Center are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity, and the Industrial Council of Nearwest Chicago (ICNC).
