1. How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since July of 2004.
2. How did you get started?
We started when our mentor and friend, Forest Cowley, suddenly died and left us the business.
3. What’s unique about your story or business?
We are unique in that we are very flexible. We can pop up a store in a day if necessary - and we have!
4. What is the biggest challenge you have faced in business and how did you overcome it?
Biggest challenge was between the years of 2011-2012 - economy was not good and our Chicago sports teams were under performing.
5. Please list a few of your most recent accomplishments:

- Became the official vendor of the City of Chicago - we will be selling merchandise at Taste of Chicago, Air and Water Show, Blues fest, Jazz Fest, Gospel Fest and Lake FX.
- In the process of building a store outside Wrigley Field - will be state of the art, all green, and have all the newest and best Cubs merchandise for those attending games
- Exclusive retailer of Joe Maddon's Try Not To Suck tee - proceeds go to Respect 90, which provides Chicago's inner city children and young adults with opportunities to develop championship attitudes through sports while encouraging fitness, academic and community engagement. The shirt will be available in Clark Street Sports stores in Wrigleyville and online at www.korkedbaseball.com.
