Hatchery catering tenant located at 135 N. Kedzie is in need of a Driver with a Food handling license. The company has three types of clients: customers at our pop-up venues; guest at our client booked events and our delivery order customers. The server position is responsible for positive and memorable guest experience in a timely and friendly manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Practice safe food handling procedures always
- Loads and unloads equipment and food on and off the catering vehicle. or staffed event checklist)
- Checks catering BEO (banquet event order sheet) to ensure proper equipment (consult the delivery or staffed event checklist), food order and other supplies are loaded in the catering vehicle.
- Pick up rented catering equipment from customers and verifies against original BEO
- Collect payments from customers
- Report all missing, damaged or broken equipment to manager or chef
- Cleans all equipment after each event and returns to proper storage area
- Assist with event setup (tables, chairs, linen, chafing dishes, other utensils, equipment and table décor)
- Logging daily all mileage on the mileage tracking sheet
- Keeps check on the gas, tolls, and cleaning of the catering vehicle (reporting any issues with the catering vehicle to the manager or chef)
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
- Follow IDOT regulations and road safety standards
Qualification Requirements
- MUST have a valid State of Illinois Drivers License
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Being Coachable – on the job training will be provided
- MUST have food handlers license or manager sanitation license
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills
- Ability to follow directions and handle high stress and volume customer while maintain a positive experience for each customer
- Availability requirements include but not limited to; days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- MUST provide their own black pants, black socks and black shoes
Physical Demands and Abilities
- Punctuality and consistent attendance
- Must be able to read and understand simple instructions, memos and short correspondence.
- Must be able to do simple arithmetic in all units of measure, using common fractions, whole numbers, and decimals. In fact, must be able to do simple mathematical calculations
- Frequently walking with some standing at times, possibly extended distances; ability to bend and climb stairs when necessary
- Frequently lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Occasionally lift/carry up to 50 - 75 lbs

- All staff that work a five-hour shift will be given lunch and water (free of charge)
- All staff will be provided with a uniform - Company White T-Shirt, Two Sisters Catering White Polo, Apron, Black Utility shirt and hat (each item will be provided free of charge for one complete set, after that the employee will be responsible for purchasing any replacements)
- All staff will be given a thermometer to have at each event – for purposes of checking the temperature of all food items
