Export Readiness Analysis

A number of important factors figure into whether or not a small business is ready to export. Your product may need to be certified by a foreign standards agency, you may need an export license or an advanced tariff classification ruling, or you might need to build up production capacity to fulfill new orders.

In this initial phase study, we meet with you to go through these factors step-by-step and assess whether your company is export-ready, then advise you on of next steps needed to become ready and resources for these.

After the initial phase, we continue to support your company with international trade counseling, working together with our partners to advise you on financial and other resources available to exporters and carrying out insightful market research to help you develop a cohesive international marketing strategy.
