General Manager - Chicago, IL

We are looking for an incredibly dynamic and driven individual to manage our Halal's Best business line of cooked beef products. This is a new product with massive untapped potential, both domestically and internationally. The General Manager will be tasked with building relationships with buyers, mapping out markets, building a sales and marketing budget, and executing to aggressive goals set in conjunction with the CEO. General Manager will be tasked with building pipeline, executing sales, negotiating contracts, and supporting the entire sales cycle. Eventually will be tasked with building sales and marketing teams to support these functions. Arabic speaking a Plus. 

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 10+ Years in sales to Retail industry 
  • Deep understanding of sales process 
  • Superb customer service skills and written/verbal mediums 
  • Demonstrated attention to detail 
  • Dedicated to supporting key team members throughout the sales cycle 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 
  • Demonstrated Experience with CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Copper, Pipedrive) 
  • Travel Required 
  • Automobile Required
