Job Description:
We’re seeking the right candidate to provide inside sales to our clients and support our customer service initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a roll-up-your-sleeves get-it-done attitude; they’ll be team-oriented with a great understanding of exceptional customer service. This person must be well-organized, highly detailed, and a self-starter. This person will be providing support to our designated client base and support to our outside sales team, as well as, distributor network and must be dedicated, focused, and extremely detail oriented.

$32,000.00 to $40,000.00/year + potential commission/bonus growth

Roles and responsibilities will include any of the following:
Inside Sales and Customer Service support to include:
- Answering phone calls and speaking w/ customers related to sales inquiries
- Maintain appropriate department procedures, updates database of client information and responds to requests for information
- Communicate professionally and personably with customers over the phone and via email
- Utilize CRM system to track and record customer info
- Provide fast response to customer emails and technical questions
- Forward incoming "leads" to outside sales staff
- Provide technical support for international customers
- Create power point presentations as needed
- Proficient in relevant computer applications (PC, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM) and good keyboard skills
- Analyzing market segments
- Other support as needed
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 1 years of sales administrative and/or sales support experience
- Must possess outstanding written and verbal communications, plus have high reading comprehension
- Must understand the importance of response times and importance of customer service
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Must have a demonstrated commitment to quality, and proven ability to pay meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines
- Must be flexible and adaptable
- Advanced skill in MS Office, Word, Excel
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills a must
- Ability to work independently
Salary:
