As Prep Cook, you will be responsible for:
- Maintain the freshness, quality and appeal of prepared products
- Prepare and display produce and prepared products
- Follow recipes to prepare and package products
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen
- Properly use all job specific equipment
- Take direction from kitchen manager and assistant manager
Requirements you will need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in scratch cooking
- Positive attitude
- Hardworking
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Be able to lift 40+ pounds
- Chicago Food Sanitation License
- Bilingual preferred
We will give you:
