Consumer Packed Good Baking Kit company (similar to a meal kit service like Hello Fresh). We create specialty baking kits. Our product consist of a detailed recipe with pre-measured ingredients all packaged by our team in the box.

Internship Description & Objectives:
Support the Operations Lead in production of our product. Coordinate with Ops Lead on what orders have come in for what delivery date. Ensure there is enough inventory to cover the order, and if not, ensure Ops Lead knows what the gaps are. Set up time to go into the kitchen with Ops Lead to produce product and boxes for shipment. Ensure quality control by inspecting product before it goes into boxes (no breaks or tears in packaging).

Intern will learn about production and operations. They will learn the ins and outs of logistics and fulfillment related to sending product out the door. They will also learn about quality control and how to manage stressful situations.
