Overview:
Production Employee for Meliora Cleaning Products. Make soap and laundry powder, create finished products, and assemble product kits to fill orders.
Hours:
40 hours per week. Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 6am to 2pm (8 hrs/day).
Pay rate:
Start at $17.50/hour and move up to $19.50/hour after 30 days.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Packaging, Labeling, and Quality checks of products
- Product Filling and packing
- Soap and Cleaning Processes: mixing, measuring, grinding ingredients
- Active participation in waste reduction, quality improvement, and environmental efforts
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Fluent or conversational in written/spoken English; conversational Spanish.
- Quality focus and Attention to detail
- Self-management to accomplish tasks
- Following Standard Procedures for making product
- Quick learning and flexibility in adding new tasks to responsibilities
- Ask questions when needed
- Comfortable with some math (using calculators) as needed to follow procedures
- Physical requirements: ability to Lift/Carry Boxes up to 45 lbs, operate freight elevator, and move pallets using a manual and/or electric pallet jack
- Interest/ability to help with waste reduction and environmental impact efforts
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
