Summary:
Analyzes plans, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, or services by performing the following duties.

Education/Experience:
Preferred college degree and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers and employees. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Google Earth and internet software.

- Estimates time, materials and labor required for each job and provide prospect with proposal.
- Review and process contracts, submittals and closeout documents.
- Schedules prompt and convenient estimate appointments for customers.
- Source materials and issue purchase orders for jobs.
- Audits installers and fabricators actual hours versus estimated hours.
- Inspects completed job and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Adheres to ethical behavior at all times.
- Assists in the collection of payments for each job in accordance with contract and company policies.
- Manage all projects through to completion.
- Start crews on job sites as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
