Granola manufacturer located in The Hatchery, located at 135 N. Kedzie, is in need of a Part-time Kitchen Manager.

Kitchen Production Manager has an opportunity to create a product unlike anything else in the United States.
- She/he is an organized, efficient food producer with careful attention to quality.
- She/he enjoys being in the kitchen, creating healthy products for customers.
- The Kitchen Production Manager will oversee and produce two granola runs per week, occasionally helping with packing single serve bags and other Ad-hoc projects.
- This is a six month temporary role with potential to come on full time with the company as the brand grows. There is opportunity to utilize the private commercial kitchen space to get creative with new ideas.
Qualifications:
- Must have ServSafe Food Manager Certification
- Minimum High School Education or equivalent
- Experience working in a shared/private kitchen, managing a production process
- on her/his own or with a team
- Self-motivated, organized, efficient, careful quality to detail
- Interest in organic or healthy food is a bonus
- Able to carry 40-50lbs at a time (just for moving product occasionally)
