Full-time. Some customers will require weekend appointments and tastings.
Compensation:
Highly competitive commission-based structure. Health Insurance offered after successful trial period.

Responsibilities:
- Growing account run by researching, prospecting and cold-calling potential new accounts;
- Managing and nurturing an existing account run with a focus on increasing sales per customer;
- Constantly improving knowledge base to better serve customers; continuously self-educating about wines, winemakers and winemaking processes;
- Communicating clearly with and supporting other team members to maximize the efficacy and success of the whole team.
The ideal candidate:
- Has demonstrated success working in a commission-based environment (sales experience is a must, wine industry experience is not);
- Is extremely goal-oriented and numerate with a focus on hitting sales targets;
- Has a positive attitude - is self-confident, outgoing and doggedly persistent;
- Is intellectually curious about wine, food, and the art of the sale;
- Has a demonstrated track record of extremely efficient time management;
- Is a true team player who enjoys playing a crucial role in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.
