Mission: Infuse every bite with the genuine love and shared passion we have for food, creating a unique culinary experience.
Part-time: This is a part-time contract position. After building files and developing a calendar, we expect that this role would be approximately 3-4 hours per week.

JOB OVERVIEW
Expected Production Deliverables:
- Develop a TikTok and Pinterest presence and post consistently.
- Three original content posts (1 short video, 2-3 picture posts) per week with reposting on applicable social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and newly created TikTok and Pinterest accounts.
- Content will be determined by the editorial calendar (and current events, when applicable), utilize the brand style, messaging guide, and social media content pillars.
The right candidate will
- Use their marketing and creative skills to design media content that is mouthwateringly engaging
- Leverage the Brand Narrative to tell the story through the posts, and
media they create, to advance company growth and expansion
- Know how to drive engagement
- Possess a strong work ethic, be able to self-manage, have excellent organizational skills
- Be a natural collaborator
- Be flexible and open to learning new skills when needed
- Be interested in building their own portfolio of experience
Responsibilities
- Content Calendar Management: Maintain an updated content calendar reflecting marketing initiatives.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content and visuals for social media.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators and provide regular insights.
- Collaboration: Recommend and execute influencer and partner collaborations.
- Nice-to-Have (Optional): Handle photo and video capture/editing for content creation and events.
Experience
- Use an existing brand narrative to move forward the goals of the company, including page growth (new followers), generating product sales, and leads for catering business.
- Create, post, and repost original content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest
- Analyze data/analytics from campaigns to inform subsequent campaigns
- Provide examples of past successes with previous clients in relation to growing followers and engagement with social media accounts
**Candidates must possess their own content creation-capable computer, in good working order, and a reliable internet connection.
Location
Position is remote. Periodic In-person meetings would be held at The Hatchery - 135 N. Kedzie Chicago.
Rate of Pay
$23 - $25 per hour for above Production Expectations and Job Responsibilities with potential for growth as online engagement impacts sales goals.
Hours of Work
Work is task-based; the contractor can determine their own hours with the exception of regularly scheduled meetings with the owner. Contractor is responsible for managing their own work schedule to ensure drafts are ready for review in a timely manner, deadlines are met, and posts/campaigns launch as scheduled.
