Warehouse Coordinator @ Pioneer Aero Supply LLC - Chicago, IL

Aeronautics supply company.
 
Responsibilities and Duties:​​
  • Know and understand the goals and objectives of the company and your role
  • Following process/procedure consistently
  • Picking boxes from shelves to fill orders
  • Receiving 20-50 packages daily fro various carriers like FedEx, UPS and DHL
  • Inspect aircraft parts for correct serial numbers
  • Review parts trace paperwork
  • Collaborate with the team to plan each day's needs/workload
  • Keep the department organized and prepared for anything
  • Use the Google Workspace platform to manage a calendar
  • Prioritize competing priorities by actively managing tasks and deadlines
  • Respond to process and/or team requests in a timely manner
  • Work with carriers like FedEx and DHL to set up pickups and deliveries
  • Assist carriers in clearing orders held for customs clearance
  • Use Salesforce to help where needed, data entry, scan and drop files, and reporting
  • Follow up on needed paperwork from vendors and customers
  • Represent PAS in a professional manner within the office, with clients and in meetings
  • You may be scanning, filing, answering phones, and communicating with customers, carriers, vendors, and colleagues, tasks will vary daily.
  • On call some weekends as needed
  • Hazmat Certification can be earned while in training

Working Conditions:
  • NOTE: On August 1st the company is moving to 317 N Francisco. The present work location will be 35th and Morgan. Both locations are CTA accessible.

Position Structure & Benefits:​​​
  • Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00
  • Salary: $35,400.00 - $41,500.00
  • Paid time off
  • Health and Dental insurance
  • Bonus
  • On call bonus scheduled
