World’s Largest Incubator with 110 Small Business Tenants

ICNC owns and manages the 410,000 square-foot Fulton-Carroll Center incubator, which provides new and emerging companies with below-market rent, business development assistance, support services and a vibrant business community. Free Computer Classes

ICNC's on-site Computer Center offers no-cost classes in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Photoshop, Power Point and more - taught by experienced IT experts. Members are welcome to use the center or our conference rooms for their own meetings or trainings.

Grants and Subsidies

Last year ICNC helped companies obtain over $2 million in government grants. Let ICNC help you navigate the maze of government information and put some dollars back into your business.
